LaPlante Builders, Inc. was established in 1983 by owner John LaPlante. John was a CB in the US Navy, and upon returning home, continued his passion for the trade after studying architecture and design. He built a team of highly-skilled and creative individuals to deliver nothing short of quality craftsmanship.

Matt Sypher began working as a project manager with LaPlante Builders, Inc. in 2021. With a civil engineering degree he spent over 5 years managing heavy construction projects in NYC. After moving to NH he became interested in learning about residential construction and has become a valued member of the LBI team.

Ever since our founding, we have been proudly working with clients throughout Concord, NH and the surrounding greater New England area. Our business has grown through the power of word-of-mouth. We offer a wide range of services, including commercial and residential general construction services, design-build management, as well as new construction and remodeling.
